Evening entertainment

LIVE MUSIC, NIGHT FLYING & PYROTECHNICS

Saturday 27th June 2020 – Night Flying, Great Music, Bar, Food, and more……

In 2020 we’re continuing to build on last year and bring you superb evening entertainment! Saturday night 27th June will be a joy for all our – Traders & Exhibitors, pilots, helpers, campers and all our other visitors!

When the sun has set and the airfield windsock waves dreamily in the evening wind, we will be lighting up the sky’s again with our Night Flying and Pyrotechnics show! An array of RC Model Aircraft will be flashing and flickering their light displays whilst trying to avoid the pyrotechnics that will be giving off bursts of heat, light and explosions!
Joining us for 2020 are The Desperados providing superb LIVE music in the bar, who are now confirmed for Saturday 27th June 2020 at Wings & Wheels Model Spectacular!!

‘The UK’s Ultimate Party Band’ Darren Redick- PLANET ROCK RADIO #DESPERADOSASSEMBLE

‘…this Tequila-fuelled Blues/Rock trio power thought songs like a bowl of Nachos’ Barnaby Eaton-Jones TOTAL COMMITMENTS

The Desperados originally formed from jamming at open mic nights and the most expensive free drink you could get for playing the open mic night was a Desperado beer, so as a joke it became the name of the band….and it stuck!

The Tamiya Truckin’ Night Drive!

The Tamiya Truckin’ Group will again run their exhibits during the Saturday evening with full lighting systems on the trucks, buildings and roads. It looks as if this is becoming a highlighted feature every year.

Pyrotechics Show – Saturday (Day & Night) + Sunday!

The Tamiya Truckin’ Group will again run their exhibits during the Saturday evening with full lighting systems on the trucks, buildings and roads. It looks as if this is becoming a highlighted feature every year.

Our local!

We welcome Brentwood Brewing Company to Wings & Wheels. Formed in July 2006, just down the road to our event, Brentwood Brewing is successfully continuing the history of brewing and beer and with plans of expansion, the company is set to stay and continue to make top quality beer to supply remaining pubs in Brentwood and the surrounding areas, including use at Wings & Wheels!
