The Harlow club has run the Wings & Wheels Bring & Buy Marquee since 1993, with considerable success for both vendors & purchasers.
We operate throughout the opening hours of the show – 9.30am -5.30pm Sat & Sun. You will know when we are open as we put up a red & black BRING & BUY SIGN on the Marquee roof, this sign faces the trade stalls area.
On-site visitors including trade, pilots and public campers will be able to register items for sale from around 7.30pm to 9:00pm on the Friday.
On arrival, you take your item to the Bring & Buy Marquee, the booking in area is on the left side. We will register it (you need to complete a registration form), which will cost you £2.00. (If the selling value is under £15 there is a £1.00 fee). A selling price is agreed, if you are unsure of a price at which to sell your item then our members will be able to help you decide. We do our utmost to ensure fairness for both Vendors & Purchasers. We keep 10% of the selling price.
You can leave the item with us all day or all weekend, and hopefully it will be sold. When you leave the show you can collect either the unsold item or the money from the sale.
For everyone who has managed to have everything ready we will have a FASTRACK BOOKING LANE, to try and make the booking/registering quicker.
To save time on the day, you can now download and print a Registration Form that you can present when you arrive with your goods to be sold.
Registration Form With Sale Tags
To try and improve the speed of registration can you please have a ”for sale” label or tag attached to your item with a description and price. For details sample labels are included with the registration form.
