Andy Kirby is a well known face on the 3D Heli scene and has competed at National level for many years. Andy may be 42 this year but he can still give the kids a run for their money. Andy will be flying the Align T-Rex 700 in both electric & nitro guise during the weekend.
Arran Turner (left) is new to the 3D helicopter scene and its only 18 months since his first 'buddy box' flight with Scott. Arran is 17 and flies the T-Rex 700E, he is one to watch for the future!
Scott Westgate flies anything that moves including his microlight 'Betsy'. Scott is well known for both his helicopter and fixed wing antics and will no doubt be thrilling the crowd all weekend with his T-Rex 700E, due to his exhilarating flying style.
The Hert & Essex Air Ambulance are based at North Weald and may make an appearance.
